I HIT MY GROWTH SPURT!! 🌱

Growth often begins in a quiet but powerful moment.... when you stop focusing on other people and start focusing on yourself!

In this message, Dr. Joe Laird reflects on the moment he realized that true personal growth happens when we stop criticizing, judging, and comparing ourselves to others, and instead begin examining our own lives. Many of us spend time watching what others are doing, how they are living, or where they may fall short. But real transformation begins when we turn that attention inward.

This message reminds us that none of us are perfect. We all fall short in different ways, and understanding this truth allows us to show grace, patience, and mercy toward others, just as God has shown grace toward us.

Dr. Laird shares how shifting your focus from judging others to improving yourself can lead to a powerful season of personal and spiritual growth. When we begin to judge ourselves honestly, learn from our mistakes, and allow God to shape our character, we begin to experience true growth.

The message is grounded in the words of Jesus in Matthew 7:12:

"In everything, therefore, treat people the same way you want them to treat you."

This principle — often called the Golden Rule — reminds us that the way we treat others reflects our own spiritual maturity.

If you are seeking personal growth, spiritual development, and a deeper understanding of how to live with grace and humility, this message will encourage you to reflect, grow, and move forward with purpose.

True growth begins when we stop looking outward and begin looking within.

If this message resonated with you, feel free to share your thoughts in the comments and let us know what personal growth has looked like in your life.
